Shipping policy
ThinkTank Pods currently delivers to most addresses across Australia. We do not deliver internationally. A street address is required for delivery as we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Estimated delivery times will be provided to you upon checkout and range from 6 to 8 weeks.
During peak periods, and uncertain times ( i.e. COVID Lockdowns) there may be delays with receiving your order.
We may not be able to service some remote locations, however, we will endeavour to arrange delivery to a depot or location mutually acceptable for you to collect your order.
Postage charges apply for any items ordered online that qualify for shipping. Some items may not be available for online shipping orders through our website. These include but are not limited to: large or bulky items that exceed the limits for delivery by our third party delivery suppliers, items considered dangerous goods.
Shipping & Delivery costs are calculated on a per order basis according to weight, dimensions and your delivery address. If you would like an estimate of your shipping costs for eligible online orders, please put the items in your cart and an estimate delivery cost will be displayed at the bottom of your online checkout cart. Your finalised delivery cost based on your shipping details will be displayed at the checkout before you complete your order and payment process.

Postage or delivery is generally arranged in the checkout process through a third party, not limited to, AusPost & Sendle. You will always be informed with which third party your goods will be posted or delivered. A tracking number will be added to your order at the time of dispatch.
All deliveries are made between 8:30am – 5:30pm by ThinkTank Pods chosen third party delivery service.
ThinkTank Pods takes no responsibility and is in no form liable under the law for any late deliveries, failure to deliver that beyond our reasonable control, and items that have been damaged in transit. In cases where the items are delivered by a third party, ThinkTank Pods may, at its discretion and where required under the law, contact the third party post or delivery company on your behalf if that third party delivery was processed in conjunction with the purchase of an online item that qualified for postage and delivery.
ThinkTank Pods will deem that anybody who signs for at the delivery address is authorised to receive the goods. In the event that no one is available to sign for the delivery, the courier will leave a collection card and you will need to contact them directly to arrange re-delivery, any re-delivery charges associated will be the responsibility of the buyer. Where delivery is made by AusPost you will need to collect your order from your closest post office.
Delivery for items that do not qualify for online postage and delivery is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to arrange for their pick up or delivery.
It is important to note that certain items may incur a holding charge of $100 per invoice per day or 20% of the total invoice, whichever is greater, if not picked up from the warehouse within the allocated pick up period. This charge will be automatically placed on your invoice and your goods will not be release until all charges have been paid.
If you are unable to pick up your goods within the allocated pick up period, you must contact us via hello@thinktankpods.com or call on 1300 070 556 in order to approve a time that is outside of the standard pick up period. Charges will be automatically applied if a different pick up time is not approved by ThinkTank Pods admin or if you fail to pick up within that time frame.
ThinkTank Pods may provide a list of delivery service providers, without making any recommendation as defined under the law, who have been making deliveries for our in-store customers for more than 12 months and who have been recommended to us by our customers. The onus of responsibility for the delivery of your goods that do not qualify for online postage and delivery rests with you.
For those of you who select the pickup from warehouse option (as may be applicable), please make sure that you arrive within the timeframe that you have already selected. People who come outside of their selected timeframe may not be able to pick up their goods. If you wish to change your timeframe or would like to arrange an alternative timeframe not offered online, please email hello@thintankpods.com or call us on 1300 070 556 prior to showing up at our warehouse in order to confirm these arrangement and ensure that your goods are ready for you to pick up.
Pickup dockets must be presented at the time of pick up(as may be applicable). These are issued at the time of your receipt. They may only be collected with valid identification or authorisation from the reception and cashier’s window. You can only pick up your goods where you have presented your pickup docket. Without this pickup docket, your goods may not under circumstance be released. If you have lost this pickup docket, please email hello@thintankpods.com or call 1300 070 556 to determine if pick up is possible. You may authorise someone to pick up your goods on your behalf by writing, in front of an authorised ThinkTank Pods representative, an authorisation on your pickup docket with the name of the delivery company or name of your authorised pick up person as it appears on their driver’s licence.
It is very important to note that ThinkTank Pods will only give pickup dockets and allow pickup from someone other than the purchaser once written authorisation is received through the registered contact details of the purchaser. Please email hello@thintankpods.com with the authorisation of the delivery company name or the name (as it appears on their Australian issued identification) of the person who will pick up on your behalf. In the subject include your order reference number, item purchase and purchase date as they appear on your receipt.
Return shipping and all costs associated with your goods for assessment for exchange or refund is your sole responsibility. Please read our Returns Policy to see if your goods qualify.
